Donald M. Wilkinson
Chairman and Chief Investment Officer
Investment Analyst, Portfolio Manager

Mr. Wilkinson directs investment policy and chairs the Investment Committee. Before co-founding the firm in 1972, Mr. Wilkinson was Vice President and partner of New Court Securities Corporation which represented the Rothschild family in the United States; Vice President of Tsai Management & Research; and Latin American debt analyst and portfolio manager of the Keystone International Equity Fund. In 1987, he was a founder and Director of The Swiss Helvetia Fund (NYSE) and served as President from 1987-1994. Member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA). Mr. Wilkinson received his BA from the Virginia Military Institute and his MBA from The Darden School of Graduate Business Administration, University of Virginia.
Donald M. Wilkinson, III, CFA
President and Chief Executive Officer
Investment Analyst, Portfolio Manager

Mr. Wilkinson, III manages global balanced, global equity and domestic equity portfolios and is a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Wilkinson, III joined the firm in 1994 after working two years in the corporate finance and derivatives groups at Chase Manhattan Bank and four years in a retailing subsidiary of the CML Group. As CEO, Mr. Wilkinson, III is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the firm. He is also a member of the firm's Board of Directors. Mr. Wilkinson, III is a member of the NYSSA and the CFA Institute. He received his BA from Washington and Lee University and his MBA from The Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia.
Beverly T. O'Grady
Investment Analyst, Portfolio Manager
Mrs. O'Grady manages balanced, fixed income and growth portfolios and sits on the Investment Committee. Mrs. O'Grady joined the firm in 1973 and has been managing portfolios since 1978. In 1987, she was a founder of The Swiss Helvetia Fund. She is a member of the CFA Institute and NYSSA. Mrs. O'Grady received her BA from Saint Mary's College (Notre Dame) and an MA from Columbia University.

Andrew F. Sowers
Director of Research
Investment Analyst, Portfolio Manager

Mr. Sowers is Director of Research. He joined the firm in early 2004. As Director of Research, he is responsible for managing the process that translates the firm's investment strategy into its portfolio holdings. During his 33-year career in the financial services business, Mr. Sowers has held a number of institutional equity management positions giving him extensive familiarity with institutional resources and investment perspective. Mr. Sowers graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Asian Studies, served in the United States Marine Corps and attended Stern Graduate School of Business at New York University.
Juerg Grimm
Senior Vice President
Investment Analyst, Portfolio Manager

Mr. Grimm manages global balanced, global equity and international equity portfolios and is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 1993, Mr. Grimm managed international equities for U.S. and Canadian pension funds. He is a member of the CFA Institute and NYSSA. He is a graduate of the Commercial School of the Swiss Association for Business Administration.


David C. Johnson, Jr.
Head of Business Development
Investment Analyst, Portfolio Manager

Mr. Johnson is Head of Business Development and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Johnson joined the firm in 2006. Mr. Johnson has been in the investment and financial services business for over two decades, beginning his career in fixed income at Salomon Brothers and, most recently, in venture capital and equity investing. Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his MBA from The Darden School of Graduate Business Administration, University of Virginia.
Nicholas Reitenbach
Investment Analyst, Portfolio Manager
Mr. Nicholas Reitenbach manages international equity portfolios and is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Mr. Reitenbach joined the firm in 2007. Mr. Reitenbach has managed portfolios in international markets for over 30 years including positions as chief investment officer, global strategist and director of international investments. Mr. Reitenbach is a Charter Member of the International Society of Financial Analysts, a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and a member of the New York Association for International Investment. Mr. Reitenbach graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. He also earned a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and was educated at N.Y.U. Graduate Business School, majoring in Portfolio Management and Security Analysis.
Andrew Reitenbach
Investment Analyst, Portfolio Manager
Mr. Andrew Reitenbach manages international small cap portfolios and is a member of the Investment Committee. He joined the firm in 2007. Mr. Reitenbach has managed small cap international portfolios for over ten years after beginning his career as a securities analyst at Value Line Investment Survey. Mr. Reitenbach is an affiliate member of the Market Technicians Association and the New York Society of Security Analysts. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.

Charles C. Wilkinson
Head of Trading, Chief Compliance Officer
Charles Wilkinson is the firm's Head Trader. He is also a member of the Investment Committee. Charles has responsibility for the deployment, implementation and management of the firm's information technology infrastructure, as well as compliance and certain other corporate management functions. Before joining Wilkinson O'Grady, Charles worked for Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. on their Institutional Equities desk. Prior to business school he spent two years with Oppenheimer Management Company as a fund wholesaler, and two years with HR Group in Paris as a securities analyst. BA, Denison University; MBA, The Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia.
Thomas O. Mueller
Treasurer
Mr. Mueller is responsible for all accounting functions at Wilkinson O'Grady. Prior to joining the firm in 1976, Mr. Mueller was Controller and Assistant Treasurer at Superintendence & Co. AAS, Pace University.




Judith M. Lickson
Vice President of Operations
Ms. Lickson oversees all aspects of the portfolio administration area of the firm. On behalf of clients, she works with custodians and brokers to minimize costs and enhance service levels. Before joining Wilkinson O'Grady, Ms. Lickson was Operations Manager for the Stamford, Connecticut office of Smith Barney, Harris Upham and Administrative Manager at Dean Witter. BA, George Washington University; MA, The University of Bridgeport.

Patricia Poisl Carney
Vice President of Client Services
Mrs. Carney joined the firm in 1981 and acts as coordinator of client reporting. She has editorial oversight and maintains the accuracy of performance reports against client goals and profiles. BM, Summa Cum Laude, Southern Illinois University; MM, Washington University, St. Louis.
